Shipping

FREE in store pick up is available. Items must be picked up at our Wisconsin Rapids location. 

Once your order is processed, we will ship your items within 2 business days. Typically ships out same day! If you need your order sooner, contact us and we can see what we can do!

Once your package has left our location, Kate+Co is not responsible for any delay, theft or damage that should occur while in transit. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, Kate+Co will offer a refund for STORE CREDIT if contacted within 14 days of purchase.  All refunds exclude original shipping costs and customer is responsible for return shipping. Please see our Returns page for more details.
