We'll be happy to issue a full refund for your item if contacted within 14 days of receiving your item, but it must be unworn and unwashed. We will not issue a refund if it smells of smoke or perfume, has pet hair or any other signs that show wear.
Final Sale items may not be returned. Items marked 30% off or more are FINAL SALE items.
Kate+Co is not responsible for any damages that occur after an item is worn.
1) Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like a return label emailed to you. **Must be within 14 days of receiving item**. You will receive your refund once items are received minus the cost of the return label. We get a little bit of a discount on shipping labels through our website + we will only deduct the amount we were charged from your refund total.
2) Ship items back with a carrier of your choice. Must be shipped within 14 days of receiving items. We will issue a refund for your items once we receive them.
3) Return items in-store. Must be returned within 14 days** for a full refund. Note: this is only for items purchased through our website. For purchases made in our store locations, we issue store credit because you are able to physically feel the items + can try them on. We hope this encourages you to purchase items that you love!
