Returns

We want you to be happy with every purchase you make with Kate+Co! However, we understand if something doesn't work out.

We'll be happy to issue a refund of store credit for your item if contacted within 14 days of receiving your item, but it must be unworn and unwashed. We will not issue a store credit if it smells of smoke or perfume, has pet hair or any other signs that show wear.

Items in our sale collection cannot be returned.

Kate+Co is not responsible for any damages that occur after an item is worn.

Return options:

1) Contact us at [email protected] if you'd like a return label emailed to you. **Must be within 14 days of receiving item**. You will receive your store credit once items are received minus the cost of the return label and original shipping cost.

2) Ship items back with a carrier of your choice. Must be shipped within 14 days of receiving items. We will issue a store credit for your items once we receive them.

3) Return items in-store. Must be returned within 14 days** for store credit.
